The range of energy industry participants we serve includes exploration and production (E&P) companies and related businesses such as oilfield services, midstream, capital markets, power generators and utilities, energy traders, and downstream commercial & industrial energy consumers. Principal Consultants (PC) are strategic advisors to Enverus clients that have access to our state-of-the-art platforms. The ultimate focus of the PC is minimizing churn by engaging clients in meaningful ways. This team drives adoption and usage by proactively connecting with key champions within the client's organization to drive value and feedback on key product and technical insights. The PC will facilitate Enverus solution integration within the customer's organization to enhance workflows, improve productivity, creating a long-term partnership with the organization. The PC will collaborate with the Account Executive to create a successful account strategy with tailored solutions and engagements that align with the customer's vision and organizational goals. Performance Objectives: Work with sales team to ensure proper follow up and action items are documented and followed up on Assist Sales Executive on account preparation for a successful onboard and create ongoing customer engagement plan Execute onboarding strategy for various business units within multiple accounts Responsible for proactively providing feedback to internal teams and managing the successful resolution of client issues or queries Bring new ideas and perspectives on how clients can better recognize the Enverus value Primary liaison for the communication of Prism enhancement updates to the clients Proactively identify important client 3rd Party Stories and Key Business Value Drivers, ensuring proper documentation in Salesforce Identify Champions/Stakeholders Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and Executive Summary with the Sales Executive Plan and execute on-site/virtual learning events and product refresher meetings Build Enverus Brand awareness Promote long-term relationship(s) and full company engagement Consistent (as determined by KPIs) and proactive client contact - workbook suggestions, proposing training engagements, probing for deeper workflow understanding Supporting teammates by sharing knowledge and expertise Competitive Candidate Profile: Train clients on Mineralsoft navigation Show clients workflows in the platform based on client-specific workflows Revenue and production reporting How to get data out of the system How to connect land objects How to tie revenue to land objects How to filter different data sets on the full map How to create objects and import revenue Need to understand how legal documents (deeds, leases, division orders, etc) relate back to objects in MS Take product suggestions/ideas from clients and write them up for the product team in Jira
